Came in at 6:25 pm when they close at 7. Said she had an appointment at 6:30 that would be her last. Asked me to come back tomorrow. Most super cute can do a haircut in 20 mins. So both me and her appt could be done by 7. Why even put up hours in the window if you are turning people away 40 mins ahead of closing?
Rude staff. This happens at both Lihue and Kapaa Supercuts. Problem is district management, regional management and corporate management in MN. Was told by Corporate they are not concerned about the reviews, that the bottom line is their revenue shows they are making money. They really don't care about the customers or their concerns.
So i went in as a "walk in" and got an appointment an hour later which was fine with me...but the thing that got me was that when i asked for a specific "style hair cut", haha jokes on me...Im not the type to complain but sorry i wont be going back to supercuts...my hair cut did not come out the way i wanted...i explained i wanted a fade on the side and a comb over...brah Aunty ended up cutting my top hair even shorter...but hey my barber was really nice. But as for my hair cut i was really DISSAPOINTED...but hey its hair it will grow back...be carefull where you get your next hair cut.
