I had an ultasound at 8:30AM today, I had my daughter with me and no one was available to watch her so I had no other choice but to bring her. When I came to check in, the lady was telling me that children weren't allowed in the operating room and that I'd have to either CALL someone to watch my daughter OR reschedule. So I asked if I could reschedule, so she said to have to me wait for 5-10 minutes and she'll give the Specialist a call to reschedule. Waited and waited. Never heard back. And I don't got time to wait, I want to get appointments through and leave. I have other things to do. So I walked back up to her and asked how it was going, she told me "Oh actually the Specialist said she'll give you a call back." This receptionist just didn't want to deal with me and my daughter, she just wanted us to leave. Kauai Medical Clinic your not TRAINING your employees correctly how to properly handle situations face to face with patients and visitors. Horrible client service. Thank god I will be doing my ultrasound elsewhere. I can't deal!
Took day off to see Dr. Netzer. Appointment was for 11 AM Arrived at 10.45 AM. Waited until noon and no service. Dr's feel their time is most important and patients time is secondary. Shows lack of respect for who pays their salary. Not recommended.
