If you are thinking about switching to them as your healthcare provider I would research what treatments are offered on island. For some services they will ask you to fly to Oahu and might not pay for it.
They sell themselves as a full service health care provider but when you are hurt or ill, their limitations become quickly apparent and you may find yourself without any healthcare.
We are Kaiser patients from the mainland. We have used your clinic for routine blood tests two years in a roe. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. So happy to now have Kaiser on kauai.
They do not offer any workers compensation services and will not refer you to anyone.
If you’re traveling to Kaua’i I think it’s a great office but If you live here the services offered are severely limited.
We got really helpful and quick service here when we traveled here. The doctor was kind and we got our prescription right there without having to wait.
