The service is very fast and pleasant here. I suppose there are busy times, but I didn't run into any (I avoided lunch hour however). I registered my car here, plus signed up for a personalized plate. I also got my driver's license switched there- very easy and the test was easy. My wife also got a driver's license but had to take the road test as she had an expired license. That was a pretty tough test she said, but she passed. Yes, they make you do the parallel parking thing, ugh- we hardly every do that in Kaua'i.
