Hard chairs and no room!!
I'm sitting outside. Cannot enter until they decide to open at 7pm. Shame on me for not checking that they weren't open to let me into the airport until exactly three hours before my 10pm flight. Planned to leave time for TSA and to eat at the airport. But I guess Alaska Airlines passengers don't get the luxury of eating at the airport in the air conditioning before their flight. Sitting outside on the curb until they decide to come to work. Just awful. Never flying Alaska again.
