Great customer service. Everyone was very polite and no pushy salesmen so it is super easy to just look around without being bothered but the sales associates were more than willing to help with any questions I had and were very knowledgeable.
Super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in that distinct Hawaiian way. It was such a wonderful idea to rent the bike for the day and ride up Waimea Canyon. Took a nice hike. Amazing views with easy access off and on the bike. Highly recommend this experience, and renting from here!

Came here due to one of the other motorcycle rental places not being open. Darlene was great and had me on a motorcycle within minutes. Very professional and paperwork was straight forward. Would definitely rent here again. They also gave us 10% off clothing in the store and some free Harley stickers.
I really appreciated the professionalism and aloha of the staff. The bike was in excellent shape and I took advantage of the rain jacket since I was hammered by rain on the North Shore. No problem though, I just stopped for a cup of coffee and all was well. The adventure was more than I could have ever hoped for!
