I am very disappointed with the service I got from the Jackson Hewitt kiosk in Walmart Lihue. Sunny, the lady that did my taxes was very rude and often complained a lot. I did not feel comfortable at all. I tried asking some questions about the whole process of tax returns and she would rudely give me an answer that would confuse me more. I am definitely not going there anymore.
