They all great when they sell you a car but this place is a unethical when it comes to servicing your vehicle. This place "serviced" our truck for it's final service covered by warranty. Literally as we were driving away from the dealership our truck was making a noise during acceleration. we had an appointment weeks later for them to check it out and they laughed at us and made us wait 4 hours only to tell us they couldn't get to it. Watch this place closely. they rip you off and make you feel worthless at the same time! Our truck hasn't been right since they last touched it and they won't fix it. Not up to the Toyota standard.
Another time I came for a tire repair (nail puncture), I showed up 10 mins before lunch time again and they wouldn't help me. It's a fairly easy repair.

Happy with our new truck, walked in, picked what one we wanted, they had the paperwork ready by the time we got out of work.
There's a great service desk outside where you pull up and no one is ever there! (3 different times I've came here). The customer care reps are on the inside. They can see when you pull up! Instead you have to go find them yourself. Where has customer service gone? They have such a great new location, brand new, beautiful building, and time & energy they give their clients is less than par. It's unfortunate.
**they ended up asking one of their mechanics to work and take later lunch, so they were able to accomodate me, but it took me having to put my foot down.
I NEVER leave these but hopefully this helps them turn their business around. Their office scheduled me for a tune up appointment 15 mins before their lunch break...!? Then told me they are all going to lunch. Wow!
