On my first visit, Angel III saved me from what might have been a costly repair. My check engine light came on and I went around getting quotes just to have the car checked out. I couldn't get anything less than $300. I brought the car to Angel and he asked me a couple questions. He diagnosed the problem and deduced that I didn't tighten the gas cap properly. He didn't charge me a dime. I'm an indebted loyal customer.
Finding a good mechanic was important to me when I moved to the island, this is not like the mainland with a super jiffy lube on every corner. I was happy to find Kauai Auto Repair! Their shop is super clean, their service was good! They are well worth the drive from Kapaa. I am happy I have found a solid mechanic on the island!
100% Professional organization, they always stand behind their work and answer all questions with an element of service. They never make you fell silly. They do an AMAZING JOB and never make excuses, they just get it fixed and clearly explain to you what they need to fix. No one likes to have a broken down car, and no one likes the bill when fixed but I can honestly say I always know I got my moneys worth and feel good paying them as they make it a pleasure to do business with them. I have tried all the shops on island, and none even come close to comparing to the entire group at Kauai Auto Repair.
