We were lucky to get an oyster with two pearls in it. The saleslady then showed us some settings, and was not pushy when we requested sterling silver instead of gold. All four of us ended up getting pearls, and two of us got doubles. It was a great special splurge on our vacation to Kauai, and not too expensive.
