These people rock. They were extremely helpful to me, and helped me get my phone fixed in the best possible way. 100% recommended.
The owners of the shop were very friendly and helpful! I thought my phone was done for because it took a wave straight through the charging port. Turns out I brought it in just in time because there were no signs of water damage or corrosion from the salt. Not only did they check for water damage, they also cleaned my port and tested the amount of power my phone was intaking. We knew by then that the port was the problem they still went the extra mile to ensure that my battery would work once I got a new port. They offered me a good deal if I had to change the battery and the port. I ended up just needed a new port which was still a reasonable price, I left my phone overnight because I had prior arrangements and they even charged it to 100% for me! Five stars from me!
These guys are the real deal and very professional. If you need anything fixed, especially any water damaged devices, don't even think twice. Highly recommended. Hello from CO to everyone there.
They may be great for Apple products, but not for Android. A broken charger port has put my phone out of commission, and this company is the only hope for getting it fixed on Kauai. But despite having the necessary part (and actually showing it to me), they wouldn't risk putting it in, and wouldn't sell it to me ("we are not a parts dealer"). Really put a damper on our vacation.
These guys are spot on. I brought an iPhone 5 in that I had washed in the washing machine with DOUBLE RINSE!!! Adam the owner actually fixed it and its been over a year now and still working. Consequently another time I dropped my phone and the speaker went out. He fixed it in about 15 minutes plus gave me free a screen guard because I had a small crack in it from the drop. Verizon charges $18 for the same screen guard. These guys have been nothing but nice to me every time I come in. So I am bewildered about the less than kind comments about them, because this doesn't sound like the ones I have come in contact with. Highly recommended.
