We only did the train tour but enjoyed it a lot. Lovely to see all the different trees, fruits and plants grown on this plantation and all the animals here. Tour guide was engaging and funny. It's a 40 minute ride and I enjoyed it the whole time!
Such a beautiful property! So many shops! Gaylord's Restaurant was so accommodating of my wheat and milk food allergies. Outdoor seating is covered and has beautiful views. Main building has been transformed from the main house to the restaurant and shops with the feeling of walking through time one finds at a well managed museum. Children loved the food, stretching their legs on the expansive lawns, and the choice of ice cream, brownies, caramels, chocolates, and more at the little coffee shop.
I thought personally the food was okay, nothing to write home about, I thought the desserts were not good, be entertainment during the dinner surface was very nice loved the firedance.
One of the last working plantations on the island of Kauai. Beautiful house and grounds, classic bar and food food. We go here every time we visit the garden isle.
I went with my family to see Luau Kalamaku during our vacation. The entire property, restarunt, ambiance... everything is simply awesome. We all had a great time.
