Just follow the "house rules", same like any other place & you shouldn't have any problems imho.
At my former rental, I moved out after 5 years and was still waiting for the landlord to fix things reported to him on day one.
I love it here!! Nice, quiet, affordable place with other friendly tenants. The Staff is awesome. Love that I can call the Office when there's any maintenance issues and someone is here pretty quickly to resolve it.
I was kind of skeptical about living here, after reading some of the reviews. Just glad I went with my gut & moved in.
