Beginning was good proper communication so I trusted property manager to manage my property and paid management fee. I haven't heared from manager for awhile and thought all is good but that was my mistake. You have to on it all time to check how things going with your property otherwise you will regret. My property looked much difference in two years. Property manager wrote me that I was disappointed with their service but I disappointed with his attitude more than anything else. Once showing real his character and then was down the hill. It wasn't good experience.

I know I can personally contact him any time and discuss problems or concerns and that he will take care of them immediately. RPM Island Professionals repair charges are more reasonable than our previous management’s quotes and they never suggest any unnecessary repairs. They have taken excellent care of our property as well as tenants, so we don’t have to deal with them ourselves. We are very happy with this company and highly recommend Kauai Island’s “RPM Island Professionals.” We certainly give them a 5-star-plus review.
