Wow, great experience! Buddy is a fearful anxious dog due to two attacks in the past year. We visit the local dog park daily and he has a certain group of dogs that he feels comfortable with, one owner who brings her three dogs there gave it a thumbs up. This being his (and my) first professional grooming, I was envisioning restraints and a muzzle. What he got was total TLC from an obviously caring and highly trained staff. Talk about good karma, his three friends were there. Mahalo.
