We've known Whiskers Resort for the last 5 years, and we cannot thank them enough for their top-notch service. They are consistent, professional, and organized. Makes us feel good to know there's a real management team in place and that they have been doing this for a long time. The staff always have smiles on their faces. Thanks Whiskers!
We left our two dogs there for four days asked them to keep both dogs together they did not. When we took them home we notice our dog was very lethargic and and walking with a limp. As soon as they came in they went straight for there water bowls and drank all of it. The large dog was burning hot had a red nose and his eyes were full eye mucus. His paws looked raw and had a cut on his leg. We monitored him for 24 hrs with a lot of water before he was acting normal again. If you love your pet I would not recommend this place. We feel our pets were neglected...
Due to my busy schedule when I was living in Hawaii, I always came back home late and sometimes travelled to far places for business meeting. I do not like leaving my dog Sasha, all alone at home because of my busy schedule. I was introduced to Whiskers Resort by a female colleague of mine. During the weekend, I took Sasha along with me to their camp just to have an experience of their day care facilities, because I wouldn’t want to drop her in a place where she is not happy. When I got to their center, I was really impressed with their facilities and their boarding center. I could see she was loving her new environment, because she was already making new friends. Since then and until I left the city, I always drop Sasha at Whiskers Resort and they really took care of her.
That one star is actually a zero. The groomer is great but I will not go again for boarding. Just lost a regular client because of their lack of care and poor customer service.
