This Emergency room takes a lot longer to get into even with minimal paitents waiting. They misdiagnosed a few people and have injured one other when they went in for something else. It's a safe bet that you would be better off going elsewhere. Mahelona hospital has an ER and KVMH Waimea has an ER. They are both smaller one than Wilcox but you'll be a lot safer there than Wilcox. Doctors and nurses there and nurse's aid there have been known to hold grudges against paitents and have done cruel things that are inexcusable. Just don't get hurt on Kauai and you'll be fine.
