This store was so helpful. Bought my new phone in Vallejo, CA. They wouldn't transfer my address book, told me download the app to do it. Tried that but it wouldn't work. Went back to store they tried to get the app to work but said there was a glich in my old phone and sent me home to manually input all my contacts. I also couldn't get it to activate. Three months later the Verizon store in Lihue, HA got everything transferred and activated. I come here every year and will give them my business from now on.
Very fast and helpful. The staff here will help you go through the Verizon beaurocracy like a hot knife through butter.
Bought minutes for phone and the phone got locked, they couldn't find out why,had to buy a new phone and number
I lost my old Samsung Note 3 and was due for an upgrade. Verizon opens there doors at 9:00 AM and I arrived a few minutes after. I was assisted very quickly by a representative named Abby on a new phone purchase and she got me set up very efficiently with the phone and accessories and I was out the door in approximately 45 minutes with a new Samsung Galaxy S8+. Very happy with my purchase and the service provided by Verizon's representative, Abby.
