Super negative experience today at midas. Wanted an estimate for shocks and struts for my car(which wasn't with me) and the guy at the desk said it was against their policy to give estimates without vehicle present... Fine if it is, however he was being super disrespectful from the moment I walked in the door."what do you need?" he says without looking at me. Bad vibes in this place, clean up your shop and make sure your employees are happy. At least ACT like you give a damn about your job or stay at home. Lost my business.
So in a mild panic to get it done quickly I drove down to Midas and spoke with Chad who was so understanding and helpful. Got me in right away and also put 2 new tires on within an hour and we were off to the road test appt on time! Which she aced! Yay. Thanks Chad for rescuing our day!!!
Fantastic service, were very straight-forward when we came in for our safety check and failed, telling us exactly what we needed to take care of, even on a 10 year old suv.
The only place you can get your safety inspection done on the south shore. The guys are helpful and courteous and have the knowledge you need to get your vehicles taken care of.
I went to get a safety check last minute because my daughter had a road test coming up that day, and It had slipped our mind.
