Good service. As fast as possible service. Most of the time there is a wait. How long depends on what you're having done and how many people are ahead of you. However, they always get you out as fast as humanly possible. Great prices and they stand behind new products [can purchase used tires also ] and their work.
I've had my safety check done, bought tires and have always been satisfied with the service....recently, my car leaked coolant and.was.overheating. I found trust worthy people at Tire Warehouse..so I drove straight to them..they looked at it .. made a thorough investigation ... and advised me of the dangerous condition of the vehicle and asked me to leave it with them so they could work on it first thing in the morning.... David, the mechanic, offered us a ride home to Kapaa and yes, the next day my car was fixed.. checked completely ... my vehicle runs much better then when I bought it years ago. David is a huge asset to the company and Lorraine who works there also is magnificent. Mahalo to everyone at Tire Warehouse.

The staff here are very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of what needs to be done regarding your vehicle. Locally owned and operating for over 30 years. It's like you are treated as family when you get there. Great service and honest in every way.
our schedule to get new tires, an alignment, and an oil change. No problem. First we were told 3 hours, then 2, then 3 when we checked in. No problem - we're patient. More than 3 1/2 hours later, our service isn't complete - with no intention to complete it. Our vehicle was sitting in the lot like it was done. Sharon threw her hands up like "oh well" and walked away. I understand they're busy - but we made an appointment and gave more than ample time. That's what they're in business for, right? To complete services customers pay for? And then to be treated like it didn't matter? We just paid them $900 and our service was incomplete. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
