Tried to go twice during their open hours last week and they were closed both times. Finally went in today to get a boba tea. We walked in as the owners were sitting at a table and they told us the employee would be right back, and we waited almost 5 minutes. The drink was decent, but you can get a better one up the road for $1.50 less. Tapioca wasn't cooked long enough and was super rubbery.

Great selection! Friendly and helpful service. They have a nice couch and hangout area. And they have a rewards program.
Staff was very patient. I had no idea what to order. There are so many choices! I loved the taro one. Friends had the lava flow and haupia with chocolate walls. Everyone was happy.
This is the best place for Boba on Kaua'i! Love this place!
