All in all, because of Leinaala's unwillingness to assist and the inability of the other staff member to properly quote me the purchase will be made else where... It's unfortunate as it seemed so easy when I spoke to the initial associate on the phone earlier.

I ordered from the app tonight. 2 drinks. I went to pick up my order and found there was only the second drink waiting. I asked the staff about the first drink (clearly the small receipt said order 2 of 2), and they said that the order probably didn't go through. So I showed them my recent purchase history, and amount paid for the order, but they still made me pay for an extra drink! Which was supposed to be there ready. I think it's time the staff start checking who picks up the drinks ordered by the app. I guarantee you there are free loaders waiting around in Starbucks to grab the already-paid-for drinks!
I attempted to purchase a large amount of coffee (10 gallons) for a future date. I contacted the store and spoke to Ashley, who was very polite and informative, who instructed me to come into the store to place the order. I arrived a couple of hours later and dealt with Leinaala who simply did not want to assist me and told another associate to grab Kuulei from the back. Kuulei came up and was helpful however could not answer my question around serving size or even price, she actually verbally quoted me half the cost of the actual retail...
