Terrible called about a specific item and they said were holding it for me. Show up and it's for the wrong game system. I try to salvage the trip and get my son a game $50 for a used copy of splatoon no thanks!
The store won't price match their own GameStop website. Customer service was not helpful and wasted our time.
Terrible customer service. Two employees behind the counter. One on the phone, the other chatting with friends. There were two of us in line at the counter and a bunch of other shoppers wandering about. The first person in line had to ask for service only to be told to wait for the other guy on the phone. The chatty employee never offered any service to me, but continued chatting with his friends.
Really Good. But a lot more merchandise could make it better.
Poor customer service. Do not honor GameStop's promotional prices.
