Hardware Guys repaired my desktop on a holiday, quickly and with great friendly service. Yesterday, Black Friday, my computer wouldn't start and I have a publication that has to be done right away. Although they didn't answer the phone, they called me as soon as I emailed a plea for help. Greg agreed to look at the computer even though they were closed for maintenance work on the office. He quickly diagnosed the primary problem, corrected it and insured that I will be able to finish my project. While running diagnostics on my computer, 2 tourists brought their laptop in. Greg cordially fixed their problem, and they were happy to have the laptop, plus dining and activity recommendations. They appreciated the aloha spirit. I recommend the Hardware Guys in Lihue for their excellent service and technical skills.
On a recent trip to the islands, I ran into PC problems. I called them on black Friday for help. They told me that they were closed for the day, but would help me. We went to their store, and Greg was able to diagnose the problem (it happened to be a bad battery). He tested the charger, let us know that it would work without the battery, tested everything out for us, all at no charge! He even gave us dining and activity recommendations for our time on the island. Very friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to everyone.
