Mac Made Easy was very helpful. They make sure everyone is taken care of fairly (whoever came in first) I truly felt like when I went in there they Made my problem their problem, and fixed it the fastest way possible. Got my phone in by the exact time they figured it should be in, helped me apply the screen protector, and made sure everything was working 100% before they sent me on my way. Also at the same time they were extremely friendly, professional, and personable. Thanks again specifically Jordan, but also to all the Mac Made Easy staff.
I love having Mac Made Easy on island! They are always helpful and knowledgeable whenever I go in. If I need service whether in warranty or out of warranty their technicians have always been able to help me with my problem. Even with items like my Apple watch that they cannot service they helped me get it sent in so I could get it back as soon as possible. If I am in need of a new Mac I know that they always have a good assortment on hand to meet whatever computing needs I might have at that moment! This place is great. My wife and I just moved to the island, and my Macbook Pro decided to act up right after the move. I brought it here and worked with a young guy named Jonathan. He was smart, patient and helpful. He figured out what the hardware problem was, and did everything I needed done to get me back and running ASAP.
