Was asked what I needed when I walked in, so they knew my issue right away. Waited 30 minutes for the rep to be available, just to find out they couldn't help me with the issue.

Had sprint for 9 years!!!! Good service and affordable!! Yay for unlimited data!!! Always experienced great customer service and they're very knowledgeable. Luis and Ralph are awesome!!!! I'm so happy they're opening a Sprint store at the end of this month!!!
