A beautiful place, with nice rooms. Although that their rooms are a little old, and their elevator are broken for a bit, but nothing is perfect. It is still a beautiful place. The pool doesn't have heater, and the lights in it are broken, but that is some improvements they can do. It is worth it. :)
Here’s the deal. As I understand it ALL the rooms are privately owned and 90% of them are in the “Hotel pool” which means the resort takes care of any concerns the guest may have. The other 10% of the rooms have private housekeeping which means the resort is NOT responsible. You must contact an off site person anytime you need something. Having private housekeeping means you don’t have immediate access to necessities you may need (blankets, towels, toiletries, repairs, cleaning etc). The resort supplies you with NOTHING room related. You are also limited to which activities you are able to partake in. This is the reason for the low score.
My suggestion: To the suite owners who use private housekeeping. Charge a little more and ditch private housekeeping. Let the resort take care of your guests. Yes, it will cost your guests a small premium but they will be happier with their stay and you will be happier with your ratings ;-)
The resort was good. Obviously not “top shelf” but for the price it was great and the management / staff helped where they could.
