The houses right on the Hanalei river are amazing. Right behind the Dolphin Restaurant. Very unique and special location on the north shore. Booking was easy and efficient. Professional and friendly service throughout the entire stay. Our relationship with Kauai Exclusive has been the best our family has ever had with a vacation rental company.
Stay far, far away from this management group. They never take responsibility for anything that ever goes wrong with their units or cleint's experience. Too bad! It's always the client's fault. Awful way to conduct a business. Never, never, never, never again. Rent from anyone but them.
We spent our anniversary at the Waipouli Beach Resort in an awesome ground floor ocean front unit. Kauai Exclusive had everything set and it was a perfect place to relax and let the kids play. It was so easy to book and everything was clean and neat... Thanks for making it special Kauai Exclusive....

The reservation team was very nice, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend kauai exclusive to anyone visiting the island!!
One star is far too generous. Was charged $719.00 even though unit was unacceptable, filled with bugs and unsafe to stay in. Had to stay at various hotels for the rest Kauai vacation...racking up an additional $941.00 on top of what I was not refunded here.
They took amazing care of us and everything was perfect during our stay. Very good rates and they made the process very simple. Would recommend!
