Good service. We got a free upgrade from small car to jeep because they didn’t have a small car. The Jeep turned out to be pretty nice on the mountains.
Good service but I think the employees are being overworked. Maybe 10am they are still coming off night shift. They seemed totally exhausted. Couldn’t even verbally reply to hello or give a smile. These guys need a break.
We reserved a sub compact but were pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a new Kia Sol for the same price. The transaction was very fast and the young lady who served us was very nice. I would definitely recommend Advantage!
Easy to access using the shuttle provided. Staff was professional courteous and knowledgeable. Paperwork process with quick. I was left on my own to examine the vehicle and didn't notice the right floor mat was missing in the front seat and that the carpet had something stuck to it. I tried to call in to add that to my report and I couldn't get through on the phone line. It is a busy day for them on Saturdays.
Was not 100pc with first vehicle so asked what others were on offer.
