Really satisfied with the price and the service. As long as you have your own car insurance it's a really cheap way to get around Kauai. Our car had bumps, dents and the engine was noisy, but it had A/C and we were able to drive anywhere we wanted to with no problem. As long as you don't expect a spotless new car, you will be happy.
Best damn 2 star car on island. Guaranteed not to worry about getting this rental car broken in too. Tired is standing out like a typical tourist, try one of these rides and you'll blend right in.
Not much to look at, but GREAT price and people are so friendly. Cars a dinged up so you look like a local. Toyota fourrunner with working ac for $38 a day. Reliable, running,good tires, and $10 ride back to the airport. Definitely recommend using them !
Awesome place to get an affordable rental in Kauai. It's no frills but the money you save can be spent on your actual vacation. Our rental got us all over the island with no problems and no worries. Customer service is awesome, laid back, and very friendly. Mahalo Island cars, we will definitely use again!

I love Island Cars! I have gotten local cars from Joel for over 20 years and its a wonderful way to be a "local" for the time I spend on Kauai. Friendly and easy going Joel is always super helpful.. last time i was there his new cute dog was there to put a smile on my face! Thanks Joel!
