It's not possible to find the reservation online or on the internet then you got to call them for any information or to extend the reservation but the service is good though.

Very fast and smooth process using Emerald Aisle. After arriving from the airport shuttle, there was a staff member waiting for us who confirmed our reservation and took us directly to the aisle. We appreciated the initiative. There were a variety of cars to choose from and we got a SUV without needing to upgrade. We've used Emerald Aisle at all 4 islands during our trip and would happily do so again.
Great customer service. I rented three vans they were nice enough to combine the rentals so that any driver can drive without additional driver fee. Also my brother forgot a water bottle in a returned van and they were able to find it for us.
Rental car return is off airport, meaning you can't follow the car rental return signs at airport And expect to find the national drop off. Would have been nice if staff had explained beforehand, but pretty easy to figure out with Google maps.
