When returning the car to the airport Iin Kauai, the sign says to put our document into the drop box. We couldn't find a drop box, so we dragged out luggage inside and asked an attendant. Her response: "It's outside somewhere. " Outside, we found another attendant, we asked for the drop box, and she responded: "You'll just have to wait."
Excellent customer service, Fast Break program is the way to go. Fast, Friendly, Service. Very popular tourist destination so crowds are to be expected, however loyalty program Fast Break cuts right through the wait. Nicely equipped vehicles.
Very Bad Experience. Very sorry to say. We were altogether book 4 cars. The van in Maui they give us has Down battery 3 times and unfortunately we were and Hana and Budget don’t have any outlet. The booking you can check under the name of Mohammed S Andha. The pick up date was Dec,22,2017. And Drop off date was Dec,27,2017.
Again same experience happen in Kauai. We pick up SUV and paid $1400/= under name of Mohammed Arif as soon we drove 3 miles the sign pop up Required Oil Change than again we went back to Budget same place where pick up SUV. I don’t think next time we use Budget.. It’s sorry to say but I know we reach at your Outlet 4.45 PM evening and almost reach Hotel 8.30 PM. We loose our all evening activity.
Waited over an hour to get our car that was fully paid for and I have the "rewards" program. As all other reviews say here, the staff is incredibly slow with no sense of urgency even when the line is literally out the door. Worst car rental experience ever hands down. There were probably 10 groups of people in front of me at most when I arrived, yet it still took over an hour to get to the front of the line. Will never rent from them again.
Fast pickuo and return. Love the Fastbreak program!
