They had very poor customer service and the lady that helped us refused to take our Emerald Club membership. Instead she only would rent a car to us at normal price. In the end, she said that $52/day (Emerald Club rate) was too cheap and she would only rent at $119/day.

Don't even try this place the guy working in there is rude. He would say he has no cars to rent even though the website shows cars available if u tell him that he says that the cars are dirty, he said he would call us and let us know if any became available and he never did and I believe it was because we weren't white, as soon as we walked in he looked at us from head to toe
My girlfriend and I rent from Enterprise often and are always satisfied with their service. Kraig went above and beyond our expectations. He gave us all kinds of info about places to eat and some neat things to do while we are on the island. Thanks again Kraig!
Very convenient rental car option if you stay at the Marriott or come of a cruise ship and only want a car for part of your trip and don't want the hassle of having to make your way to the airport rental car locations and stand in line. Might not be the cheapest option, but great service and a hassle free experience.
