Hertz bus picked us up right away. Only good thing so far. Arrived at 11am to the Hertz Kauai location, it’s now 11:25. 2 people behind the counter and only 1 customer has completed checkout. About 16 people in line. Two phone kiosks but the people are sitting on the phone for hours talking about their personal life instead of getting their rental. Where’s an automated key dispensing machine or app to sign rental agreement and drive. Stuck in 1995 here at Hertz.
The car was great, but the service was by far the best I have experienced! I forgot my wallet in our rental and Sheante went above and beyond to find it. I am so thankful to do business with such a caring individual and company. They will have my business every time I travel. Thank you for being amazing!
I was worried about reserving a car here given the mixed reviews, but our experience was the best a I've gotten anywhere! Shuttle arrived after a minute of waiting, there were no lines and our car was ready and parked in the closest spot. The woman at the counter even gave us free bottles of water. Super friendly and fast.
Except for getting an empty tank, which didn't matter, I would have had to fill it up anyway the girls at Hertz in Kauai are great! Nice upgrade, car was waiting, but best of all? When I came back on my way to the airport I stopped at at&t and bright 2 new iPhones for work and left them in the rental. The girl from hertz chased me down to make sure I got them before I left, awesome service. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Easy, kind, and trustworthy. The 3 most important things in a business. The pick-up of the car was easy, the service personnel was really nice. The car worked perfectly, it was a bit dirty inside, but overall OK. The "never lost" I used had a very low battery life- I could hardly use it for a whole day without recharging in the meantime.
