Only one person is working and the Payless and Budget lines are combined into one mega line. Even if you pay online for your car, it doesn't speed up the process. Come on! It's a weekend day!
Christina was absolutely amazing at the front desk! My boyfriend Kurt rented a car for our vacation and she was absolutely amazing with insisting us with our rental. She was super empathic and was able to help us with absolutely no problem. Christina had such a bubbly personality and she made the whole process super quick and easy. I love budget, they have great cars and good service.
Helpful employees, but severely understaffed. They have room for 12 employees at the front desk, and had only 3 when we came for pick up and drop off. Although the employees were nice, their service is very slow. Expect to wait awhile.
